At HIMITSU, we offer a seasonal introductional tea flight, where you are guided by our artisan on an immersive journey through a selection of infused Japanese leaves accompanied by small carefully made morsels. Afterward, you are invited to explore our thoughtfully curated à la carte menu, featuring a unique range of libations, savory dishes, and sweet delights, providing the perfect setting for a meaningful experience, enhanced by stimulating conversation.

    Directions

    From the stop Centralstationen, Göteborg platform D, take tram 3, 9 or 11 to stop Stigbergstorget, Göteborg platform B or C.

    The ride takes approx. 13-15 minutes. The ticket fare is around 35 sek and can be paid on the trams middle section.


    Please notice that tram 3 and 9 stop at platform B, while tram 11 stops at platform C. The restaurant is located less than a minute from both stops.

    Momo, a Japanese Akita is the dog of the owners José and Gabriel and has been in the restaurant business all her life. She assists when foraging ingredients and sometimes guards the door at the restaurant.

    On occasion she makes an appearance and brings joy to those who surrounds her.
